Man Charged With McGovern Manslaughter
A 21-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of teenager Jason McGovern.
Mr McGovern, 19, of Tydavnet, Co Monaghan, was attacked in Omagh, Co Tyrone, on New Year's Eve.
He was found dead at a friend's house.
Police said they could connect Mark Donnelly of Greencastle Road, Omagh, to the manslaughter.
Bail was set at £1,000 with a £10,000 surety and banned Donnelly from going into Omagh, unless he had to see his doctor, sign bail with police or attend court.
An 18-year-old man, also arrested on Tuesday, was released unconditionally.
Five people have previously been charged with affray in connection with the death.

Police Cancel Appeal For Missing Omagh Man
Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.

Woman Charged Over Jason McGovern Murder
A woman has been charged with perverting the course of justice in relation to the murder of Monaghan teenager Jason McGovern. The 21-year-old is due to appear at Omagh Magistrates Court on Tuesday 29 January. The charge follows her arrest on 10 January.
