North Belfast travel agents robbed
Police are appealing for information following a robbery at a travel agent's on the York Road in North Belfast yesterday.
At around 2.30pm a man entered the shop and ordered a member of staff to open the safe. The employee was threatened and eventually co-operated with the robber.
A sum of cash was handed over before the assailant left the shop.
The man is described as 5'7" tall and of stocky build with dark hair and was in his late twenties. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt, a grey fleece and blue jeans.
Anyone who has information about the robbery is asked to contact detectives at Antrim Road on 028 9065 0222 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

A man has died in a workplace accident in Co Armagh. It is believed the man was crushed by a road roller while a new road surface was being laid on the Bog Road, Forkhill, on Wednesday, 31 May. Police and the Health and Safety Executive have launched an investigation.
