Pensioner robbed in north Belfast home
An 82 year-old man has been treated for shock following a robbery at his home in north Belfast last night.
The pensioner was forced into his house in Fortwilliam Parade at about 11pm by three men who ransacked the house and left with a sum of money and pension books.
Detectives at Antrim Road are keen to speak to anyone who has information about this crime.
Elsewhere, detectives in Antrim are appealing for information following a robbery at a house in the Ballytromery area of Crumlin.
A number of men entered a house in Orchard Hill at about 6pm and demanded cash and drugs. A male occupant was manhandled, and while he wasn't physically hurt he was badly shaken by the ordeal.
The men left with a sum of money. The gang, who were all wearing baseball caps, got into a red Vauxhall saloon type car and were seen heading in the direction of Crumlin Main Street.

Robbers steal cash from Kircubbin bank
Police are appealing for information after a substantial sum of money was stolen from a bank in Kircubbin, Co. Down yesterday. The robbery took place when a man armed with a handgun tried to force his way in through the inner door of the bank in Kircubbin at around 10am.

Woman Injured In Armed Robbery
Armed thieves made off with a sum of cash following a robbery in west Belfast last night. Three men approached staff while they were locking up a bookmakers sometime before 9.50pm. The males forced the staff inside and proceeded to take an undisclosed sum of cash. Police said the men had firearms in their possession.

Couple held hostage in south Belfast robbery
A couple have been tied up and robbed by an armed gang at their south Belfast home. Three masked men entered the house at Windsor Avenue North at around 10.30am on Monday night armed with handguns. Once inside they demanded money from the couple who were held inside the house throughout the night whilst the gang ransacked the home.
