Eligible Parties Urged To Take Advantage Of The Ulster Scots Broadcast Fund

Ulster Unionist Party Culture spokesperson, Robin Swann MLA has urged interested parties eligible for the Ulster Scots Broadcast Fund to ensure they apply for funding before the 21st of September deadline.

The North Antrim MLA said: "The Ulster Scots Broadcast Fund has the potential to help get quality Ulster Scots projects aired in Northern Ireland. But this is only possible if production companies take advantage of the fund, which is why I would encourage any interested parties to ensure that they apply to the fund before the September 21st deadline."The Ulster Unionist Party will continue to promote the Ulster Scots culture in areas such as the media and given that BBCNI has given a call for Ulster Scots projects, I hope that the Broadcast Fund will help to promote this culture to a mainstream audience."
