Lord Maginnis Leaves UUP
Lord Ken Maginnis has announced that he is leaving the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP), after a row over comments he made regarding gay marriage.
Lord Maginnis insisted that he stood by the comments referring to gay marriage as "unnatural and deviant behaviour".
Party leader Mike Nesbitt also believed it was time for him to leave.

A row has broken out in unionism over attitudes to homosexuality. The leader of the Ulster Unionist Party has called an extraordinary meeting of its policy-making body to affirm its position on gay marriage. The move comes after the party tried to distance itself from comments made by peer Lord Maginnis.

County Tyrone to benefit from investment in Linen Green
County Tyrone is to benefit from a £10 million expansion to a leisure shopping village which could see the establishment of Ireland’s biggest factory outlet for fashion labels. The venture, now at the second stage of development, is expected to create up to 500 new jobs based at Linen Green complex in Moygashel.

Minister Launches Review Of Autism Services
Health Minister Michael McGimpsey today announced the launch of an Independent Review of Autism Services across Northern Ireland. The independent review will produce recommendations with a view to improve services for children and adults with autism, draw up an action plan and report on its findings.
