NI people need to take heed of will deficit
A leading charity has said that around 50% of people who die in Northern Ireland do not have a will.
The Simon Community revealed the statistic as part of a campaign to raise awareness of the issue of being intestate.
The campaign involves Belfast law firm Francis Hanna and Company assisting people to make out a will free of charge.
In return they are asking those they help to make a donation of around £50 per person or £70 per couple to the Simon Community.
The money will go to the charity's work with single homeless people.
