Durkan Congratulates Campsie Firm On Titanic Belfast Contract

Foyle MLA Mark H Durkan has offered his congratulations to a Campsie firm that has won a lucrative contract to supply equipment to Titanic Belfast.

Retail Systems Technology Ltd's iTouch point of sale software and hardware will be used to process all customer sales and ticketing at the signature venue, supplying 19 terminals in all.

Mr Durkan said: "I am delighted that a Derry firm is making a massive contribution to Titanic Belfast – a tourist venue that people are talking about the world over.

"This is great news for RST, for Derry and the broader North-West and shows the commitment that our local industry has made to the economy of the whole of the north and the major contribution it is making to its regeneration.

"I am also glad that RST is securing work in the Republic, across the UK and beyond and look forward to keeping track of its ongoing successes as I seek to help promote Derry as a city of industry as well as a city of culture."
