Arson Attack On Bangor Flats

A number of flats had to be evacuated after an oil tank was set alight in Bangor.

Police are treating the the incident as arson.

At around 10.40pm on Tuesday the emergency services were call to the fire in the Victoria Road.

Substantial damage was caused to two flats, however there were on reports of injuries.

Police are keen to speak to youths who were seen in the area at the time of the incident.

Man Hospitalised In Belfast Shooting
A man has been taken to hospital after being shot in both legs in North Belfast. The incident in the Antrim Road area took place at around 10.15pm on Wednesday 31 May. Cordons were put in place around the area and police are appealing for anyone with relevant information to contact 101 quoting reference number 2345 of 31/05/23.

Investigation Launched Following Arson Attack In Belfast
Police have launched an investigation following an arson attack at a property in Belfast. A rag was put through the door of a house in the York Road area and set alight. Significant damage was caused to the door and the hall. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Arson Attack On Ballymena Flats
Detectives are investigating an arson attack on a block of flats in the Larne Road area of Ballymena. Police received a report of a fire at the property shortly after 6.30am on Sunday 8th December. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the blaze, which caused significant damage to the building's communal areas.

Investigation Launched After Suspected Arson Attack In Co Antrim
Police have launched an investigation following a suspected arson attack on a number of sheds in Co Antrim. The incident happened in the Barnish Road area of Randalstown at around 10pm on Wednesday, 11 January. No-one is believed to have been hurt.

Arson Attack At Block Of Flats In North Belfast
Police are investigating an arson attack on a block of flats in north Belfast. A fire was deliberately started in the downstairs area of the building on the Cliftonville Avenue at approximately 11.30pm on Tuesday night. Police and fire crews attended the scene and no-one was reported to be injured.
