Two More Arrested Over Lurgan Murder

Two more men have been arrested by police in connection with the murder of a Lurgan man.

Andrew Lorimer, 43, was found dead at a flat in Portlec Place, in the Mourneview area of the town, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police are questioning the men, aged 18 and 21 and a 21 year-old who was arrested earlier is also still being questioned in relation to the killing.

Detectives are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen or spoken to the victim between 3 and 5 February.

Police renew murder appeal
Police have renewed their appeal into the murder of a man in Co Down last month. Andrew Cully, a father of two teenage boys from Greyabbey, was shot up to 10 times as he sat in his parked car in the loyalist West Winds estate in Newtownards on 24 March. Detectives want to speak to anyone who saw Mr Cully sitting in his car prior to the shooting.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

21-Year-Old Arrested In Connection With North Belfast Murder
Detectives from PSNIs Serious Crime Branch have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man in North Belfast Police received a report from the Ambulance Service just after 9pm last night, Thursday 28 June, that they were attending to a seriously injured male who they had located in the area of Parkmount Street / Seaview Close.

Two Men Arrested Over Tang Murder
Two men have been arrested on suspicion about the murder of Carrickfergus businessman Simon Tang over 16 years ago. The men, aged 36 and 38, were arrested on Wednesday morning and taken to Antrim Serious Crime Suite for questioning. Mr Tang, was attacked and robbed outside his business in Carrickfergus. He was married with two sons.

THREE MEN ARRESTED IN NELSON MURDER CASE
THREE men are now being held for questioning about the murder of solicitor Rosemary Nelson in 1999. Police have arrested another two men, aged 33 and 28, who were arrested in Portadown, County Armagh on Thursday June 14. The team investigating the murder said they were being questioned about serious terrorist offences.
