Belfast’s CV3 Group makes mark in UK e-business
CV3 Group, the Belfast-based e-business consultancy, has received considerable recognition for its high-level service in partnership with leading City of London solicitors, Fox Williams www.foxwilliams.com.
Recognition of this work came in the form of the Legal Research Group who released a report which revealed current online trends in the Legal Profession.
The comprehensive study on how the legal profession in the UK is using the Internet to communicate its brand and services, found that clients are requesting new and more advanced online services, such as 24-hour access to information, online negotiations and legal updates. The report also found that 80 per cent of companies would reconsider using their existing law firm if it did not have email.
The report placed FoxWilliams.com third out of 400 legal firms evaluated, adding to CV3s satisfaction is the fact that all 19 other companies in the top 20 are twice, if not three times larger than Fox Williams.
Nigel Millar, Partner of Fox Williams, said: "We are very pleased with the response from our site since we re-launched it earlier this year. CV3 did some great development work and also added value by assisting us to define and deliver our web strategy".
CV3 have acted as e-business consultants to Fox Williams since February, helping develop an on-line strategy and web site for the company.
The site highlights the firm’s unique approach to client service and access, promoting its knowledge and expertise. (MB)
