Double success for Sx3
A double success is being celebrated by local company Sx3 after substantial growth by the company was acknowledged by inclusion in two definitive surveys of the fastest growing companies in the UK and Ireland.
Sx3 weighed in at number four in the Ireland Fast 50 earlier this year, a catalogue of the island’s fastest growing firms prepared by Deloitte & Touche, and has also now been ranked 30th in the UK Fast 50.
Robert Bailes, managing Director of Sx3, says that the company’s growth had continued unabated through times of trouble in the IT sector. He said: “Sx3’s three year history has been one of consistent growth, and striving to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. Our inclusion on these prestigious listings bears witness to our success to date.
“Expansion, both logically and globally has formed a core part of our business plan, and it has enabled us to broaden our service portfolio and enhance the client care.”
Tom Keenan, Partner with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in Belfast, added: “The Fast 50 companies exemplify the phenomenal growth and diversity that is found in the technology sector in Ireland today. Our Fast 50 winners grew their revenue at an average aggregate rate of 250 per cent over the past three years.
“Doubling in size each year, these companies collectively created 2,400 new jobs so their growth and ambitions augur well for the future of Ireland’s technology industry.” (MB)
