Three people shot in overnight paramilitary attacks
Three men have been taken to hospital after three separate shootings in the North.
One man (43) was taken to hospital after he was shot in a house in the Donegall area of south Belfast.
It is believed a male gunman entered the house in Matilda Avenue on Sunday September 16 and fired a single shot. The victim’s injuries are said not to be life threatening.
Earlier on Sunday a man was shot in Lurgan, County Armagh, in what police have described as a paramilitary-style shooting. The man (41) was shot in both shins in an entrance to Spelga Park.
A third man was being treated in hospital after he was shot in the arms and legs in the Glenfield estate in Carrickfergus, County Antrim. The incident happened around 9pm on Sunday.
The police are appealing for information about the incidents. (AMcE)

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

A man shot dead in West Belfast on Saturday 18 December has been named as 31-year-old Mark Hall. According to police, two gunmen approached Mr Hall's family home on Rodney Drive shortly after 4:30pm.

Man Arrested Over Murder Of Colin Horner
A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Colin Horner in Bangor, Co Down. Mr Horner was fatally shot outside a supermarket in from of his young son on 28 May this year. The suspect has been taken to Musgrave police station to be questioned.

Police Appeal After Man Shot Dead In Bangor
Police are appealing for information following the murder of Colin Horner, who was shot in front of his three-year-old son at Sainbury's car park in Bangor on Sunday, 28 May. The boy was in the car at the time of the attack. It is understood Mr Horner, originally from Co Antrim, has loyalist links.
