Northbrook Technology confirmed as Lanyon Place tenant

The landmark Lanyon Place development in Belfast has confirmed IT company Northbrook Technology as its second major tenant.

The company, which has acquired 70,000 sq ft of office space, is currently based in Corporation Street in Belfast.

This latest move by the company follows its recently opened sub-office in Londonderry’s Magee Campus, employing 50 highly trained IT professionals.

The other main occupant of the 150,000 sq ft office space is Japanese telecommunications company Fujitsu.

Northbrook Technology NI, a subsidiary of US-owned Allstate Insurance, was established in 1998 and currently employs 350 people in its present Belfast base. (MB)
