Youth questioned in connection with murder of man in Conlig
A 15-year-old youth is being questioned by police following the death of a man in a stabbing incident in Conlig, north Down.
The name of the 27-year-old man who died in Conlig has not yet been made public.
The police say he died after being stabbed in an incident in the Breezemount area of Conlig on Sunday November 18.
The police said a dispute arose amongst a group of people in the street around 4.30pm on Sunday. Two men were stabbed and taken to hospital. The 27-year-old died in hospital from his injuries. The other man was discharged from the Ulster Hospital after treatment.
Meanwhile police have confirmed that the body of a man found in a river between Glenarm and Larne on 16th November 2001 is that of 36-year-old Hugh Hector Cameron, from Carrickfergus, who has been missing for almost a month.
On Friday November 16 a passing motorist on the Augherboy Road near Glenarm found the body of a man. He had been stabbed. He was found on rocks on a stretch of the Skeagh River near to a local landmark, the Ligalooskeagh whirlpool.
Police are trying to establish how long the body had been in the river, but it is understood to have been badly decomposed. Dental records are being used to try to confirm the murdered man's identity. The police have said the man came by a violent and brutal death and it is believed that those responsible would have had blood on their clothing. (AMcE)

Two men die in separate stabbing incidents
Two people have been killed in separate stabbing incidents in Northern Ireland over the weekend. Hugh McKibben, 51, of Main Street in Carrowdore died in a stabbing incident at a house on Inisharoan Court about midnight on Sunday May 5. Four people were arrested following his murder but three have since been released on police bail.

Man Dies In Portadown Road Crash
An 18-year-old man has died following a collision in Portadown. The crash happened on the Dungannon Road between midnight and 12.30am on Wednesday, 08 November. The road has been re-opened. Elsewhere, a man, aged in his 30's, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim.

Man Released On Bail Over College Stabbing Incident
A man, 20, who was arrested in connection with a stabbing at a college in Belfast has been released on bail. Police said the man was released pending further enquiries. A 26-year-old is currently in hospital following the incident at Belfast Metropolitan College on Thursday. His condition is described as serious but stable.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.
