Graham 'High Flying' At City Airport
A local building sector firm is flying high after recently being awarded a contract to provide comprehensive facilities management solutions for George Best Belfast City Airport.
With services having commenced on-site on 1 September, Graham Facilities Management now provides an extensive range of activities including planned and reactive building, mechanical and electrical maintenance services in addition to a comprehensive cleaning and waste disposal service, grounds maintenance, environmental services, and a round-the-clock Helpdesk service. Graham FM will also carry out minor project works.
The Contract will be delivered by their Technical Team including several site based Engineers, under the direction of the Contracts Director, who said: "This award is particularly significant for the business as it demonstrates the continuing success of our Technical Services offering.
"Our ability to compete with National Competitors on this highly technical contract is a testimony to the ongoing investment into training and staff development within Graham Facilities Management."

Private firm wins £110m water treatment contract
The Regional Development Minister, David Cairns, has today announced that Dalriada Water has been awarded a £110 million contract to upgrade water treatment facilities. This means that the Alpha Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Project will upgrade the water treatment facilities, which provide 50% of Northern Ireland's water supply.
