Consilium sign partnership agreement with Lagan Technologies
Antrim-based Consilium Technologies has signed a partnership agreement with Lagan Technologies, the leading supplier of innovative Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to local government.
Under the agreement, Consilium has been appointed as Lagan’s preferred reseller for the FrontLineÔ CRM solution within the smaller and mid-tier Local Authority market segment.
FrontLine is proving popular with UK councils and is currently being deployed in Birmingham City Council where the initial stages of the implementation have just been completed. It provides a close fit with current market requirements to improve quality of service delivery by offering a more joined-up, more responsive and more personalised approach to dealing with citizen enquiries and requests.
According to Consilium’s Business Development Director, Peter McHugh, the agreement further strengthens the company’s ability to support councils as they seek to deliver eGovernment to their employees. He said: “Our analysis of the recently published IEG statements indicates that most councils are looking to deploy a CRM solution as the cornerstone of their eGovernment edifice.
“The FrontLine product has already shown its pedigree in local government, building on previous success in the private sector, and we expect significant interest from councils looking for a proven CRM solution that will meet future market requirements.” (MB)
