New Accident Management Programme from Suzuki

Having an accident in your car can be a real inconvenience – no matter how minor the damage – with the numerous phone calls, arrangements for estimates as well as finding a replacement car.

With this in mind Suzuki has announced the launch of its new Accident Management Programme; a one stop shop for its customers to help ease the inconvenience and reduce the time consuming process associated with dealing with damage repair after a collision.

The new scheme has been set up with the collaboration of Verex Group, well renowned specialists with 30 years experience in vehicle manufacturer insurance and accident management aftercare.

Verex Group has an established high success rate in processing customer claims, essentially reducing the amount of administrative steps required to deal with an accident and helping minimise customer inconvenience.

Suzuki claim the key advantages in using their insurance over a standard UK insurance company include fitment of genuine Suzuki parts and body panels, the use of only Suzuki approved bodyshops and Suzuki trained technicians and up to £50,000 free personal injury cover for drivers and passengers (up to £45,000 more than leading insurance companies).

The policy will also cover the provision of a courtesy car for fault and non-fault accidents at a Suzuki bodyshop.

Also, in the event of a vehicle being damaged beyond economical repair or stolen, Suzuki will assist with sourcing a replacement vehicle.
