UK Wrangler Edition

Jeep has launched a new special edition Wrangler in the UK - the Wrangler Ultimate – which will make this iconic 4x4 stand out from the crowd.

Based on the 2.8-litre CRD Sahara model and available with a five-speed automatic transmission, the ‘Wrangler Ultimate’ features 18 inch alloy wheels, sunscreen glass, leather-trimmed interior, and unique ‘Wrangler Ultimate’ badging.

Only 200 models will initally be available in the UK from the 1st March, and it will come in one colour, black.

The two-door Jeep Wrangler Ultimate is priced at £24,650 on-the-road and the long-wheelbase four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Ultimate is £26,250 on-the-road.

An optional Ultimate accessory pack and state-of-the-art Sound and Navigation system is available.

Powered by a 2.8-litre common-rail turbo diesel engine the Wrangler Ultimate produces 174 bhp at 3,800 rpm offering 339 Ib.-ft. of torque at 2000 rpm. Top speed is 107 mph.

With its classic round headlamps and signature seven-slot grille, both models offer removable full-framed doors and fold-down windscreen together with a removable hard top that provides more options for open-air driving.

The exclusive design cues make the Wrangler Ultimate an attractive proposition, but it is further enhanced by a long list of standard safety specifications including driver and front passenger airbags and seat- mounted side airbags, ABS and ESP, Brake Lock Differentials calibrated for on-road driving, front fog lamps, traction control, Hill Start Assist, air conditioning, cruise control, electric windows and a full-size spare tyre.

The two-door Jeep Wrangler remains true to its heritage as the original, extreme fun-and-freedom machine and is the only 4x4 with multiple open-air options.

The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is the only four-door open-air SUV on the market with room for five adult passengers and is extremely popular with customers who want a Jeep Wrangler, but require additional space and versatility.

Wrangler’s standard Freedom Top, a three-piece modular hard top, features three panels – left and right front-passenger panels and a rear panel – providing more options for open-air driving. The hard top may be completely removed for a complete open-air experience.
