Prince of Wales visits reconciliation centre
The Prince of Wales has spent the last day of his two-day visit outing to Northern Ireland visiting a reconciliation centre in Dunmurray.
Prince Charles talked to people who have benefited from the Restoration Ministry. Organisation director Dr Ruth Patterson showed the Prince around the cross-community scheme's facilities, and he heard from a cross-community group who spoke of how the Ministry's work had benefited them on the road to reconciliation.
Among the many dignitaries on hand to greet the Prince were Secretary of State John Reid, First Minister David Trimble, the Lord Lieutenant of Antrim The O'Neill and Lisburn mayor Jim Dixon.
His Royal Highness also opened the refurbished headquarters of Action Cancer in south Belfast and meet with staff and patients.
Before leaving Northern Ireland, the Prince was expected to meet the families of murdered police officers and a number of officers who have been injured over the years.

Sinn Féin Leader Gerry Adams has announced representatives from the party will attend events marking Prince Charles's visit to Ireland. The prince will be accompanied by his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall, as they travel to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Mr Adams stated the visit is a chance to develop "a healing process".

Prince Philip visits NI on one-day trip
Prince Philip has visited Northern Ireland on a one-day trip in relation to the work of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme. In the first engagement of the day on Tuesday, the Prince attended a reception at Hillsborough Castle where Gold Award Certificates were presented to 50 young people from across Northern Ireland.

The Prince of Wales has visited Northern Ireland's oldest peace and reconciliation centre to conclude his four day visit to Ireland. The Prince and the Duchess of Cornwall visited the Corrymeela Centre on the North Coast. The Christian Peace Centre celebrated its 50th anniversary this year.
