Nineteen year old is charged with teenager's death
A man has appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident in west Belfast.
Henry Christopher Marley, 19, from Collinward Street was charged with causing death by dangerous driving and number of other motoring offences.
Mr Marley was also accused of stealing a motor vehicle and of the theft of alcohol.
He has denied the charges and was remanded in custody.
A 20-year-old man, who was arrested at the same time as the teenager, had been charged with taking and driving away and theft, but these offences were not directly related to the death.
Debbie McComb, 15, from Glenalina Park, Ballymurphy, died after being struck on the Springfield Road on Friday in the alleged hit-and-run accident.
More than 1,000 people attended the teenager's funeral at Corpus Christi Church in Ballymurphy on Tuesday March 5, before she was laid to rest in Belfast's city cemetery.
On Monday evening, hundreds of people attended a candle-lit vigil in the area for the teenager.

Appeal Issued For Missing Teenager
Police have issued an appeal to help trace a missing 14-year-old boy. Ian Carson has been missing from Sunday, 10 June. He is believed to be in the north or east Belfast areas. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Elderly Man Accused Of Raping Minor
A 67-year-old man is to appear in court today, charged with raping and indecently assaulting a minor. The man was detained by police yesterday. It is believed the alleged offences took place in east Belfast between 2005 and 2006. The man is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning, police said.

Life sentence for man who murdered uncle
A man has been sentenced to life in jail for stabbing his uncle to death despite allegations that he had been the victim of sexual abuse in the past. Thomas Ian McQuade, 32 told Belfast Crown Court that he murdered 59-year-old Joseph McQuade at his home in Comber as an act of revenge because he had been sexually abused by his uncle.

A teenager has been charged with possessing a flare at a football match. The 17-year-old, who let off the flare during a game between Linfield and Glentoran, was arrested at Wiindsor Park on Saturday. He is due to appear in court on 06 April. A 19-year-old who was also arrested was released unconditionally.

Family's grief one year on
On the first anniversary of the death of Catholic teenager Michael McIlveen, his family has spoken of their continuing grief and have had a reunion with ex-DUP mayor Councillor Tommy Nicholl. The 15-year-old died after a vicious assault in Ballymena. Five teenagers have been remanded in custody charged with his murder.
