Mosley 'Sex Video' To Go Online
The News of the World has been granted permission to show a 90-second sex video involving Max Mosley and five prostitutes on its website.
Mr Mosley, who is the president of the FIA, was refused an injunction which would have banned the clip.
The judge presiding over the injunction application, Mr Justice Eady, said that although the material was "intrusive and demeaning", the granting of such an order would be a "futile gesture" as the incident had already garnered so much worldwide attention.
The News of the World said in a statement: "Max Mosley's attempt to suppress the News of the World's video of his sordid activities has failed."
Mr Mosley who is serving his fourth term as president of the FIA, is currently claiming breach of privacy against News Group Newspapers and a five-day trial is expected in July.
