Proparamedics was established in 1999 as a small family business with a mission to provide the highest standard of ambulance and event medical cover through skilled and trained staff who always strive to do the right things. We aim to treat each one of our patients as if they were one of our family by caring for them with empathy, respect and dignity.

MEDICAL REPATRIATION
Unfortunately not all holidays or trips abroad go exactly according to plan. Proparamedics have been successfully working for individuals or on behalf of insurance companies, transporting patients either back to their homes or to a local NI hospital from hospitals abroad.

PRIVATE AMBULANCE SERVICE

EVENT MEDICAL COVER
From the BBC Proms and Lumiere, MTV Crashes to Down Royal Races, Proparamedics can medically risk assess and provide Medical Event Cover plus the clinical services you need to run an event no matter how big or small.

Proparamedics Ltd has many years of experience in the event field with all the necessary skills to assess need and provide appropriate resources to deal with minor to acute illness and event-specific risks such as serious sports injuries or other complications due to drug use or intoxication.

INFECTION PREVENTION & CONTROL
It has become increasingly important to ensure that we can all work and live in infection and virus free spaces which can be a challenge when we know that some viruses can stay on surfaces, such as metal, glass or plastic, for periods of 2 – 9 days. Proparamedics have a trained and experienced infection prevention and control (IPC) team who ensure our premises and ambulances remain infection free all year round.

Proparamedics have devised a number of IPC packages to enable home and business spaces across NI to remain infection and virus free. We use a fogging machine which expels a fine, almost invisible mist into the atmosphere which eventually settles on all surfaces including those that are impossible to reach by other means and disinfecting them thereby eliminating the potential for cross contamination or infection.
