We work with a large list of suppliers offering ambient, task, feature, decorative accent lighting in all styles you can imagine.

COMMERCIAL
By working in partnership with interior designers, architects, electricians specifiers Howie Lighting Consultants can advise on all aspects from product placement to wiring, dimming final product choice whilst providing a detailed schedule for the electrician pre first fix.
We also cater for the showhouse marketplace from conceptual visualisation through to the realisation of the final scheme. We source the most varied bulbs, lamps, tubes, fittings with a specialist ordering service in place for hotels, pubs, clubs etc.

Concept Lighting Scheme
- Sketch layout to show indicative placement of lighting.
- Sketch design in the form of marked-up photos, sketches, marked-up plans/elevations.
- Suggested lighting types.
- Suggested type of product with costs.
- Budget cost.
- Final lighting layouts including control circuits wire diagrams.
- Final specifications for light fittings, lamps, and control.
- Documentation, to be included in the tender package, will be drawn up including standards of workmanship preambles.
- Light level calculations (if necessary).
- Basic fitting information.
- Lighting layout drawing.
- Control information suggestions.
- Details of electrical loading.
- A review of the manufacturers' shop drawings of lighting equipment.
- Site visits (as required) to ensure site progress.
- Site queries answered.
