Yesterday 20/03/2012, I had to ring Lurgan Ulster Bank,re a major worry I had re my son Stuart's account. (He is in the States at present) It was so refreshing , to be able to speak to such an exceptional employee. His name is Philip Ewart. Philip listened and I knew he was really interested in my concern. He gave me A1 advice,and at the same time, helped to ease my anxiety. After advising me correctly, he further put my mind at ease, to come back to him, if I did not get a helpful response, in the direction he had advised. I was so relieved, to have had someone like Philip, at the end of the phone.. knowing he was interested, cared and really wanted to assist me with my problem.I want to say"thanks" to him. He is a wonderful advert for The Ulster Bank,Lurgan Branch. Sincere appereciation Regards, Joy Donaldson-Beggs.
