Shopped in Newry Store yesterday. Husband paid over Stg. 180 for shopping. They were unable to print till receipt. Was promised by Supervisor at Service Desk that it would be emailed to me last night.
Not received. Unable to contact them by phone. Phoned Customer Care in UK and was cut off. Very unhappy with service and inability to contact store. Need to know exactly what is charged to Credit Card account in Ireland as exchange rate will apply.

thought customer service was dead but when we wanted gram flour manager Bryan went the extra mile. he was friendly helpful and showed us that personal service can still be a part of shopping even in a big supermarket chain. very well done.
