Excellent service, staff could not gave been more helpful and sympathetic. Member of staff even open up parlour on a Sunday as family members wanted to see body would recommend to anybody.

Superb establishment. As a member of a Regimental Association we have relied on Grays on two separate occasions and they have gone the extra mile on both occasions. The staff are both thoughtful and dignified there professionalism is beyond reproach. They ensured that the family had all the support and assistance required and made a difficult occasion that little bit more bearable. Well Done.

My Dad died almost two years ago and John Gray & Co Funeral Directors dealt with everything for us, from collecting my dad from where he died, bringing him to the funeral parlour and getting hiim to the church on the day of the funeral. They even allowed us to vising my dad out of their opening hours. Sorry this is so late, but thank you.

Death comes to us all, but the pain of losing a loved one can be eased knowing that the body of your loved one is in professional hands. I can only praise the support given to my family by Mike and his team. Nothing was to much trouble for them, from the day my Uncle arrived in the funeral parlour to the day he left for Roselawn for cremation. People are always ready to complain, but I also feel we should say "Thankyou", when we have received excellent service as my extended family did.
