Cyril Johnston Hire commenced trading in April 1988. The original concept was the provision of Agricultural equipment Rental to support the companies burgeoning Agricultural customer base. This concept, Cyril Johnston Hire, rapidly developed to meet the Company’s other product lines and varied customer base, evolving to meet and anticipate the ever-changing requirements.

Today, while Cyril Johnston Hire continues to support the products of the Company’s sales division, it has expanded and evolved it’s own exceptional and independent rental portfolio to include equipment for Construction, DIY, Powered Access, Forestry, Green Space and Horticulture.
