Bank Of Ireland, Enniskillen

I wrote the last review while Colin Moffett was working in BoI.Unfortunately the communication is now a total nonsense !The telephone system is now handled by an answering service which is impossible to navigate.calling from somewhere like Mexico where telephone charges are exorbitant is just not realistic.after waiting for a long time to press 1,2,3 etc to reach someone then to be told that there is a queue for possibly 35 minutes is ridiculous.I have tried on several occasions but have always had to give up.this morning I eventually received my user ID a year after I requested it.the number was almost illegible I think it was 415290 but this does not work .maybe this has expired.there is no way to contact someone in the branch as all information originally available has now been blocked.I am told that HSBC in England does not have these problems or at least not to this degree. I hope this information is helpful to someone going abroad or already there.Fred Wilson
