Hi!! My name is Shauna.
I'm a mum of two teenagers, a beagle, and a cat! I am a nature lover and in my spare time, you'll find me walking the beach, dipping in the sea, hugging a tree, or dancing with the moon!! I am a Reiki Healer, a qualified Yoga Teacher, and an Advanced Reflexologist. I am the founder of J.E.D, a Holistic Studio in Ballymoney, where you can come for holistic practices or treatments.
I've always had an interest in holistic remedies and alternative therapies, though I have really delved into the practice thirteen years ago, after the loss of my daddy. I have found that these practices helped me with life struggles, to grieve, and to come back to myself. Since then, over the years, I have self discovered, self educated, studied various courses, and embraced a much deeper practice and lifestyle within the holistic and spiritual realm.

I am so passionate about natural remedies and tools that we can use to bring balance to our body, mind and soul. I enjoy learning of these and sharing my knowledge with as many people as possible. I believe so strongly in energy, both within and around us and our connection to nature and the elements of the universe!
My main goal for any practice I teach or treatment I offer, is to make people feel how they deserve to feel about themselves, to give them space to find a little peace and ease within their body, their mind and their spirit.

Join me for a Yoga practice, where you will be welcomed into your mat with some grounding and connection, you will be guided to feel into your body and move in a way that makes you feel happy both inside and out, and to finish take your mind for a some total zen time, in Savasana with a mini guided meditation to allow all your beautiful energy to go exactly to where it's needed!

Embody yourself within an environment that is aimed to value you just as you are. Whether you join a class, have a treatment or come along to any workshops or gatherings, you will find your place here! It is my aim to create a space where you can find something that will benefit your body, mind and spirit every time you visit!
