With 18 years experience in maternity care and over two decades working with families, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to support women through their pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey. My experience spans antenatal care, labor wards, and postnatal care in both hospital and community settings, including consultant-led and midwifery-led units.
Currently working as a health visitor, I have witnessed the challenges women face and I am passionate about promoting positive births through hypnobirthing. At baby massage, I am there to support you through the joys and challenges of motherhood, ensuring you feel confident and empowered every step of the way.

Antenatal
I offer 1-1 and group hypnobirth / birth preparation classes which provide you and your partner with the knowledge and confidence to handle any birth scenario.
The hypnobirth element will equip you with relaxation and focus techniques to use during labour, helping you achieve a positive and empowering birth experience.

Postnatal
After birth, join me at baby massage classes to nurture and deepen the bond between you and your baby.
Massage is a wonderful way to alleviate constipation, colic, sleep disruptions, and teething discomfort.
Plus, it's a fantastic opportunity to connect with other mums, providing mutual support and developing new friendships.
