Leisure Care N I Ltd, Banbridge

My caravan underwent a full service recently with Leisure Care N. I. Ltd. I asked for an undersink water filter to be changed as part of the service. Two days later, as I was cleaning the inside of the van, I noticed a damp patch and upon investigation, found that the floor underneath the sink was wet. I immediately phoned Leisure Care and they first of all said there was no filter in place. Then they tried to tell me it was not in-line and when they flushed the water system, it flooded the compartment. They denied all responsibility, not even telling me about the wet floor so that I could dry it out. This was the second time I had my van serviced with Leisure Care N.I. but because of their cover up and denial of responsibility, I will not be returning and if asked about servicing for caravans, will discourage them from going to Leisure Care. It is almost impossible to find a reliable service centre. If a mistake is made, I would be the first to accept an apology but I cannot and will not accept a denial and cover-up.
