I stupidly ran out of gas today and went into the emergency credit. Called my reliable local plumber and on returning home this evening was able to have a lovely hot shower. Great work Lightyear Plumbing and Heating, who once again helped a damsel in distress. Professional service from start to finish. I will remember to keep my meter topped up from now on!!!

Giving them 1* is generous ! Didn't give a quote to fix a quick reset on a gas boiler. Turned up and "apparently" looked at it when no one was at home.. Still had to reset it myself anyway once home.. One week later an invoice comes through the post. Never spoke to an "owner" of a company who was so patronising and rude in all my life... You need to put yourself through customer service training never mind your staff!!
