DD Energy is a Magherafelt-based company which provide a nationwide service.

We are a young, dynamic company set up to meet the legislation-driven demand for the increase in energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emissions in buildings. We primarily produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in domestic, commercial and public buildings. Our surveyors are vastly experienced and have produced many thousands of domestic and commercial EPCs since legislation was introduced in 2008.

DD Energy has expanded its services to the South of Ireland. We now provide Building Energy Ratings (BER certs) to domestic and commercial properties in Dublin, Limerick and Cork.

DD Energy maintains a full-time staff of well-trained professionals who continually strive to provide top quality service for our customers. We endeavour to conduct the surveys in a manner which has minimal impact on the home owners or occupants. We simply aim to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations.

We offer all our clients free energy related advice which is specific to their property.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are being introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

DD Energy Rating is the leading provider of Energy Performance Certification, our team of energy rating experts can carry out the necessary assessment needed to generate an accurate rating and regulatory compliance.

From January 2009 all buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented out, require a certificate by law. The Energy Performance Certificate provides 'A' to 'G' ratings for the building, with 'A' being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least, with the average to date being 'D'. DD Energy produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) alongside an associated report which suggests improvements to make your home more energy efficient.
